Consent form

All self-employed lash artists or those who work in a salon should always have new client’s sign a consent. A consent form must always be read and signed prior to the service and never after!  
Signing a consent form offers protection for the client and your business.
A consent form coverers several areas which clearly outline everything the client needs to be aware of and consent to prior to the service.
It is important to keep consent forms stored somewhere safe - this is under the data protection law
